JESUS IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE -
Who is that father who is ready to send his only
son to die to save others ? Only God knows.
BUT if you were a god and you had all the
power in your hands...would you still send your
only son ? - God still did...starting by waiting for
the consent of a human woman - Mary...to be
born within a poor family nucleus - a refugee
couple - man and a woman; having emotions
like any person (but never giving in to sin) ---
being cared for; experiencing joy, laughter,
temptation, hard manual work, thirst, hunger,
sweat. He was moved with compassion for
others, he cried; he endured physical
pain...even teething and losing his baby
teeth...but Jesus also experienced psychological
suffering - he was bullied, harassed, ridiculed,
hated; endured sadness, loneliness,
abandonment, disappointment, failure, torture;
he was spitted at, rejected, deceitfully accused,
crucified, killed, even experienced the coldness
of a tomb...and he is the Son of God - He could
have escaped any kind of death just like other
times (Luke 4:14-30) - AND YET, HE PAID BACK
WITH LOVE AND COMPASSION, TEACHING AND
REVEALING THE DECEIT OF THE DEVIL, EVEN
BY BOWING DOWN TO HIS OWN
HUMAN DEATH...
Philippians 2:6-8
6 Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
- He is an obedient and loyal Son of God - He is
God; He conquered death, He is with us, He is
in us especially every time we receive Holy
Communion...HE IS THE EVER LOVING,
HUMBLE PERSON WHO LOVES YOU...IN AN
AUTHENTIC WAY...WITH ALL YOUR
WEAKNESSES...SO THAT YOUR CHANGE IN HIM
WILL REFLECT HIS GLORY AND
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE TO OTHERS - GLORY BE
TO GOD THE FATHER AND TO THE SON AND TO
THE HOLY SPIRIT - THE HOLY TRINITY AMEN !!!
