Jesus is my life (Blessed Teresa of Calcutta) - The Eucharistic Blessing --- uploaded video in 2010 by Dun René A. Cilia - R.I.P.
(a reflection written by Mother Teresa of Calcutta)
This is Jesus to me:
Jesus is the Word made flesh
Jesus is the Bread of Life
Jesus is the Victim offered for our sins on the Cross,
The Sacrifice offered at the Holy Mass,
for the sins of the world and mine.
Jesus is the Word-to be spoken
Jesus is the Truth-to be told
Jesus is the Way-to be walked
the Light-to be lit
the Life-to be lived.
Jesus is the Love-to be loved
Jesus is the Joy-to be shared
Jesus is the Sacrifice-to be offered,
The Peace-to be given,
The Bread of Life.
Jesus is the Hungry-to be fed
Jesus is the Thirsty-to be satiated
Jesus is the Naked-to be clothed
The Homeless-to be taken in
The Sick-to be healed.
Jesus is the Lonely-to be loved,
The Unwanted-to be wanted
The Leper-to wash his wounds
The Beggar-to give him a smile
The Drunkard-to listen to him
The Mental-to protect him
The Little One-to embrace him
The Blind-to lead him
The Dumb-to speak for him
The Crippled-to walk with him
The Drug addict-to befriend him
The Prostitute-to remove from danger and befriend her
Jesus is the Prisoner-to be visited
The Old-to be served.
To me Jesus is my God
Jesus is my Spouse
Jesus is my Life
Jesus is my only Love
Jesus is my All in all
Jesus is my Everything!

Mk 9:30-37 -- Jesus Predicts His Death a Second Time - It-tieni taħbira tal-mewt u tal-qawmien
- TUESDAY GOSPEL OF WEEK 7 IN ORDINARY TIME
- IN YEAR B, SUNDAY GOSPEL OF WEEK 25 IN ORDINARY TIME
It-tieni taħbira tal-mewt u tal-qawmien
(Mt 17, 22-23 ; Lq 9, 43-45)
Evanġelju
Bin il-bniedem se jingħata f’idejn il-bnedmin.
Jekk xi ħadd irid ikun l-ewwel wieħed, għandu jkun qaddej ta’ kulħadd.
Mk 9, 30-37
Qari mill-Evanġelju skont San Mark
F’dak iż-żmien, Ġesù u d-dixxipli [Mk:9:30] għaddew minn nofs il-Galilija, u ma ried li ħadd ikun jaf, [Mk:9:31] għax beda jgħallem lid-dixxipli tiegħu u jgħidilhom: "Bin il-bniedem se jingħata f'idejn il-bnedmin u joqtluh; u meta jkun maqtul, wara tlitt ijiem iqum mill-mewt." [Mk:9:32] Iżda huma ma fehmuhx dan il-kliem, u beżgħu jistaqsuh.
[Mk:9:33] Waslu Kafarnahum; u meta kienu d-dar staqsiehom: "X'kontu qegħdin titħaddtu bejnietkom fit-triq?" [Mk:9:34] Iżda huma baqgħu siekta, għax fit-triq kienu qagħdu jitħaddtu bejniethom fuq min kien l-akbar. [Mk:9:35] Mbagħad qagħad bilqiegħda, sejjaħ it-Tnax, u qalilhom: "Jekk xi ħadd irid ikun l-ewwel wieħed, għandu joqgħod wara kulħadd u jkun qaddej ta' kulħadd."
[Mk:9:36] U ressaq lejh tfajjel ċkejken, qiegħdu f'nofshom, ħaddnu bejn dirgħajh u qalilhom: [Mk:9:37] "Kull min jilqa' wieħed minn dawn iċ-ċkejknin minħabba f'ismi, ikun jilqa' lili; u min jilqa' lili, ikun jilqa' mhux lili, imma lil dak li bagħatni."
Il-Kelma tal-Mulej
R/. Tifħir lilek Kristu

Mk 9:14-29 -- Jesus heals a boy possessed by an impure spirit - Ġesu jfejjaq tifel u jeħilsu -- Impatience -- Idle Hands Are The Devil's Open Door!
Ġesù jfejjaq tifel u jeħilsu mix-xitan
(Mt 17 ,14-21 ; Lq9, 37-42)
[Mk:9:14] Meta reġgħu ġew ħdejn id-dixxipli l-oħra, rawhom b'kotra kbira ta' nies madwarhom, u xi kittieba jitlewwmu magħhom. [Mk:9:15] In-nies, kif rawh, lkoll stagħġbu ħafna u ġrew lejh biex isellmulu. [Mk:9:16] U hu staqsiehom: "Fuqiex qegħdin titlewwmu magħhom?" [Mk:9:17] U wieħed mill-kotra qallu: "Mgħallem, ġibtlek lil ibni għax għandu spirtu mbikkem. [Mk:9:18] U kull fejn jaħkmu jsabbtu ma' l-art u hu joħroġ ir-ragħwa minn ħalqu, jgħażżeż snienu u jibbies. Għedt lid-dixxipli tiegħek biex ikeċċuh minnu, u ma kellhomx ħila." [Mk:9:19] "Ja nies bla fidi" qalilhom Ġesù,"kemm se ndum magħkom? Kemm se ndum nissaportikom? Ġibuhuli quddiemi." [Mk:9:20] U ressquhulu quddiemu. L-ispirtu, malli lemaħ lil Ġesù, beda jħabbtu 'l hawn u 'l hemm bir-ragħwa f'ħalqu. [Mk:9:21] "Xi kemm ilu jagħtih hekk?" staqsa Ġesù lil missieru."Minn ċkunitu," qallu, [Mk:9:22] "u sikwit ġie li tefgħu fin-nar u fl-ilma biex jeqirdu. Imma int, jekk tista' tagħmel xi ħaġa, għinna u ħenn għalina !" [Mk:9:23] "Jekk tista' !" qallu Ġesù. "Kollox jista' jkun għal min jemmen !" [Mk:9:24] Missier it-tifel minnufih beda jgħajjat u jgħidlu: "Jiena nemmen! Għinni fil-fidi nieqsa tiegħi !" [Mk:9:25] Ġesù, meta ra l-kotra tiżdied, hedded bl-aħrax lill-ispirtu ħażin u qallu: "Ja spirtu mbikkem u trux, jiena nordnalek: oħroġ minnu, u la terġax tidħol fih, qatt iżjed !" [Mk:9:26] U filwaqt li qabad jixher u jħabbtu ħafna, ħareġ minnu, u t-tifel inxteħet għal mejjet, hekk li l-kotra tan-nies bdiet tgħid: "Miet !" [Mk:9:27] Imma Ġesù qabdu minn idu u qajjmu, u hu waqaf fuq saqajh. [Mk:9:28] Meta mbagħad Ġesù raġa' daħal id-dar, id-dixxipli tiegħu staqsewh rasu u rashom: "Għaliex ma rnexxilniex inkeċċuh?" [Mk:9:29] "Spirtu bħal dak," qalilhom,"ma jista' jitkeċċa b'xejn ħlief bit-talb."
