How to obtain a plenary indulgence for the Holy Souls
A brief outline on how to obtain a plenary indulgence for the Holy Souls in Purgatory.

From November 1-8: visit a cemetery and pray for the poor souls.

On November 2: visit a church or an oratory and recite one Our Father and one Creed.
A partial indulgence can be obtained any time by visiting a cemetery and praying for the poor souls. The following prayer is especially recommended:

Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domine, et lux perpetua luceat eis. Requiescant in pace. Amen.Eternal rest grant to them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.

Six general rules for obtaining a plenary indulgence:

  1. State of grace at least when performing the indulgenced act.
  2. Complete detachment from sin, even venial sin.
  3. Confession (8 days before or after the indulgenced act).
  4. Communion (8 days before or after the indulgenced act).
  5. Prayers for the intentions of the Supreme Pontiff.
  6. Indulgenced act: a special good work with special conditions of place and time.

[Mt:5:1] Kif ra l-folol, Ġesù tala' fuq il- muntanja, qagħad bilqiegħda, u resqu lejh id-dixxipli tiegħu. [Mt:5:2] Fetaħ fommu u qabad jgħallimhom u jgħid:

[Mt:5:11] Henjin intom, meta jgħajjrukom u jippersegwitawkom u jaqilgħu kull xorta ta' ħażen u gideb kontra tagħkom minħabba fija.

[Mt:5:12a] Ifirħu u thennew, għax ħlaskom kbir fis-smewwiet."...

VOX MICHAELIS - miktubha minn San Ġorġ Preca

Vox Michaelis - miktubha minn San Ġorġ Preca

Ħalli jiftakar Satana li hu għandu l-eżistenza minn Alla l-aktar għoli u li ħadd ma jista’ jkun bħal dan l-aktar għoli.

Ebda qawwa ma tista’ tnaqqas mill-glorja ta’ dejjem ta’ Ġesù Kristu,  Iben ta’ Dak li jista’ kollox u tal-Verġni Marija.

Ħtija tassew hienja mill-ħażen ta’ Satana, lill-ewlenin ġenituri tal-bnedmin kienet dik li għamlet l-Iben t'Alla nnifsu ħuhom.

Satana ma jistax jaqla' l-paċi u l-mistrieħ, b'ebda mod u b'ebda sforz, lanqas jekk ifarrak il-qaddejja t'Alla nfushom.

Id-dwejjaq tar-ruħ u t-tbatija tal-ġisem, magħmula lill-bniedem mill-mibgħeda ta’ Satana huma kawża ta’ glorja akbar.

Dak li qal: "ma nservix", bil-ħażen u t-taħwid tiegħu jwassal biex jitwettqu l-ġudizzji t'Alla li ħadd ma jista’ jifhem.

Tifħir, unur u glorja għal dejjem ta’ dejjem lil Alla waħdu
li jilqa’ lill-umli u jkeċċi lill-kburin.

Glorja lill-Missier u lill-Iben u lill-Ispirtu s-Santu. Kif kien mill-bidu, issa u dejjem u jibqa’ għal dejjem ta’ dejjem. Ammen.
